The Fundamentals of Unified Jiu-Jitsu
Take a look inside...
1. Sparring & Competition Techniques
Surprise your opponents with an arsenal of unusual counters and attacks from all positions!
Handling an attacker that doesn't follow the IBJJF ruleset requires knowledge beyond the competition. Unified Jiu-Jitsu exists to teach you how to approach such critical situations safely and with confidence!
3. IBJJF Rules vs No Rules
Understand the practical differences and technical applications between competition and street BJJ.
4. Street Jiu-Jitsu
In the Streets, the first rule is to be attentive. The second is to choose a path that leads to rapidly neutralizing your opponent.
Jean Vandesteen's knowledge when it comes to Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is mind-blowing! I bought the unified jiujitsu to learn more about the self-defense aspect of bjj and I got so much more. The head strike with the clinch was exactly what I was looking for. I made sure to spend many hours drilling and now I can confidently say I will use the clinch effectively in case I ever need it. As for the competition techniques, there are so many new combinations for attacking from an inferior position that I had never seen before. They were easy to understand and fit perfectly with my existing knowledge. Best of all is that even though I bought this a few months back, I still get updates with more videos.
Overall this is an awesome project!

In this course, Jean shares some of his most effective street and competition techniques to help you get ready for any situation! After all - JIU-JITSU is not just about scoring points on the tatami, but rather neutralizing your opponent in the quickest and safest way possible, which is ALSO the purpose of UNIFIED-JIU JITSU!
A few years back, I was attacked and sucker-punched. Had never practiced bjj against a guy punching so I didn't know how to handle it. It ended with me being kicked on the ground. Had I known what I know now after watching unified jiujitsu this could easily have been prevented.
