This needs to change. For, even though skill development and usage should always be priority number one, you need to use strength as a helping hand in setting up successful moves in BJJ.
For example, you have to be quite skilled in order to finish a Heel Hook; you need to know how to end up in a position for it, as well as understand the underlying mechanics that make it work.
However, if you want to expand your Heel Hook entry options, you should use strength!
